As we wrap up the 2024–2025 season, we’re thrilled to kick off September with fresh energy and new opportunities. Over the past 12 months, our players have shown incredible progress, and we’re excited to see them continue to grow and push forward in the new season.
This year, we’re proud to be hosting teams in the West A and C Leagues, and making a strong return to the North West A League as our senior squads aim to climb even higher. Our junior teams are also expanding, now competing in the West Under 8s, 10s, 12s, and 14s Leagues—with many players experiencing league hockey for the very first time!
But we’re not stopping there. We’re looking to grow even more and have spaces available across all our teams. If you’re interested in joining, now is the perfect time!
💳 New Payment Structure
Juniors: £35/month Includes access to all age-appropriate training sessions, opportunities to train with older groups based on experience, game fees, end-of-year event, and extras like Nationals.
Seniors: £45/month Includes two training sessions per week, game fees, end-of-year event, and additional events.
🏒 Training Schedule
📍 Ardwick Sports Centre – Mondays
Rookie Cubs (6pm–7pm) For beginners aged 10 and under, focusing on hockey fundamentals.
Lion Cubs (7pm–8:30pm) For advanced juniors aged 6–14, with more complex drills and gameplay understanding.
📍 Rink Training – Sundays (7pm–8:30pm)
Hockey Hustlers For advanced juniors (7+) and senior C League players. This session focuses on rink-based drills and game scenarios.
📍 Senior Training – Thursdays (9pm–10:30pm)
For B level and above players aged 12+, aiming to build competitive senior teams for A League play. Fast-paced drills and scrimmages designed to elevate team performance.

This weekend, the Wild Lions Inline Hockey Team are proud to hit the rink once again at the On The Rocks Tournament hosted at the UKIHF West Rink in Market Drayton! 🇬🇧
We’ve been part of this incredible celebration of women’s inline hockey since 2019, and every year it gets better. With teams from across the UK and Europe, OTR is more than just a tournament — it’s a movement. A movement to grow, empower, and showcase the fierce talent in the female side of our sport. 💪🏽💥
We were set to have Isabella Buxton #09 guarding our net, but due to an injury last week, her position is currently TBC. Massive thanks to the amazing OTR community and fellow teams who’ve stepped up to help us find a replacement — the spirit of this tournament is unmatched. ❤️
