🐾 Under 8s Training
Ages: Up to 8
When: Mondays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Where: Ardwick Sports Centre
What to Expect:
- Fun, confidence-building activities
- Basic skating skills and stick handling
- Learning positions and teamwork through games
🐾 Under 12s Training
Ages: Up to 12
When: Mondays, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Ardwick Sports Centre
What to Expect:
- Intermediate skating and puck control
- Passing and shooting drills
- Introduction to game tactics and positioning
👑 Senior Training
Ages: B and above league level Senior players and advanced Junior players
When: Tuesdays, 9:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Where: Ardwick Sports Centre
What to Expect:
- High-intensity drills for advanced players
- Game preparation and strategy
- Skills development for B and A League competition
🦁 Under 16s Training
Ages: Up to 16
When: Sundays, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: North West Roller Sports Rink

- Building confidence for league matches
🦁 Lions Black Senior Training
Ages: C level Senior Players & Advanced Juniors
When: Sundays, 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: North West Roller Sports Rink

- Elite-level drills and conditioning
- Tactical gameplay and team coordination
- Preparation for top-tier competitions
