01:08 – Skating forwards and backward with puck then shoot on goal
8:00 – Skating forwards and backward with puck then in and out of cones then shooting on goal
16:11 – Shooting on goal .
20:04 – Receiving a pass and shooting on goal .
29:19 – Skate to a cone receive a pass and shoot on goal.
36:25 – Figure of 8 skating.
46:10 – End of class game Lions are looking at getting more children into inline hockey and this is the perfect class to get your little ones involved in.
