Wild Lions Womans Inline Hockey Class is held every Monday Night 7:30pm until 9pm at Ardwick Sports Centre.
This session is designed for anyone aged 14 and up with any experience.
We have a great mix of players attending from the age of 14 to their 60’s.
This week we carried out the following drills:

00:07 – Horse Shoe
08:05 – Figer of 8
21:46 – Skating forwards, backward passing, and shooting.
44:09 – 1 vs 1
55:13 – Outro
