As we enter the final week of our October fitness challenge, it’s amazing to see the dedication and effort from everyone involved! Adults (18+) have been taking on one of two levels:
- Level 1: 50 pushups, 50 situps, 50 squats, 30 sec plank, 30 sec wall sit
- Level 2: 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, 60 sec plank, 60 sec wall sit
For the kids (18 and under), the challenge includes:
- 10 pushups, 10 situps, 10 squats, 30 sec plank, 30 sec wall sit
Players and parents have been sharing their progress in a group, motivating each other to stay committed throughout the month. We are incredibly proud of everyone participating, even those doing their own thing. Keep pushing through as we head into the final week!
